Rohlik.cz Finance as issues five-year secured bonds with a fixed interest rate of 5.50% pa Interest will be paid semi-annually. The nominal value of one bond is 10,000 CZK. The total volume of the Issue is 1,700,000,000 CZK, after the implementation of the increase in November 2021, the volume of issued bonds will be up to 2,550,000,000 CZK. The Issuer has the option to redeem the bonds early after 18 months from the Issue date.

Characteristics

The issuer of the bonds is the company Rohlik.cz Finance as The sole shareholder of the Issuer is Rohlik.cz investment as, in which the statutory director and 100% owner is Ing. Tomáš Čupr. This company acts as the Guarantor of the issue and has a majority stake in the company Velká pecka s.r.o., which covers the business activities of Tomáš Čupr –  Rohlik.cz and its development both on the domestic and foreign markets (Hungary, Austria , Germany).    
Rohlik.cz is an online supermarket with delivery within 120 minutes of placing an order. It was established in 2014 and has long held a leading position on the Czech market.
